A complete example is more useful than disconnected snippets
The SHAPE Framework combines roles, artifacts, agent behavior, review, and testing. Individual templates help, but their purpose is easier to understand when they appear in one coherent product example.
The Reference Project is a fictional internal service-request application. It shows how a Product Engineer moves from a business problem to specifications, how an approved project context guides implementation, where architect and stakeholder reviews occur, how independent verification records outcomes, and how a later enhancement follows Cycle 2.
The Templates page provides adaptable starting points for a root agent-instruction entry point, standing instruction documents, objectives, feature specifications, architect review findings, independent verification results, and retrospective notes.
How to interpret the examples
Examples demonstrate the shape and relationship of framework artifacts. They are not evidence of a real deployment, nor complete security, business-policy, or production implementation instructions. Adapt names, business rules, and levels of detail to the real application. Where a decision carries risk, the relevant enterprise policy still governs.
